Ceramic and porcelain tile surfaces are waterproof and don't absorb moisture.Grout lines can be damaged by moisture without proper sealing so grout sealing is essential. Natural stone also requires sealing to protect it against staining and water damage.

However, we do not install tiles. We recommend working with a licensed tile installer in the Memphis area — we're more than happy to point you in the right direction. For the flooring products we do install (LVP, laminate, engineered hardwood, carpet and more), our installation team is fully licensed and insured in the State of Tennessee. Plus, we back all of our projects with a 1-year installation warranty.
All tile products have an applicable manufacturer's warranty. King Flooring supplies tile and we don't install so installation warranty coverage comes from the licensed installer you choose for your project. We're happy to help you understand what the product manufacturer covers before you buy.
